I survived 9 days of Isolation! :D

okay so the iPod and the vast sky has been my Best Friends for the pass 9 days.
like I told Salad, I never really noticed the sky in Dover,
but the sky here IS Beautiful (:
reminds me very much of Nepal.

it's soo blue and nice,
and there are Aeroplanes!
oh yeah, did I forget to mention I live just a few kilometres away from Changi Airport.
and so all the buildings here are low rise (obviously)
and suddenly Singapore being soo bluey and nice.

all those books must be getting into my head,
I'm going insaneeeee.
HAHAH.

I woke up this morning,
and suddenly I felt like going to Nepal....


It's been four days since Isolation Camp,
and I can't deny it's been rather productive.
But there are literally just 5 things I do,
Eat, Bathe, Shit, Sleep and yes, Study.

and currently the technology I'm using now is considered illegal,
so TTFN! (:

and not before long the day will come when I say,
'O levels are officially,
OVER!
(:

The Best Years.

This is it,
officially my last day of school.
It's been a long and winding journey,
but through it all I've been blessed,
very blessed.

Cravings?

I don't know whether it's me,
but all those studying have ignited the hunger pangs in me.
I have absurd midnight cravings like Cream Pasta, Marche Calamari, Rosti, Crepe, Ding Tai Fung and even Ikea's Salmon.

okay I know it's absurd and ridiculous,
but I can't help it.
and recently I have been rather selective in my choice of food.
Like tht day when I was in Dover with Salad and Glenn,
I had to sample 7 different kinds of food before finally deciding what to get.
this is bad.

oh yes,
and recently I've been getting frustrated over little things,
it seems so exasperating.
it must be the books,
they're getting the better of me.
GASP.

This is it,
the final lap til O' Levels.
it feels oh so queer.

Everything that we've been studying for the past one year or so,
it's all coming back to me now.

Prelims are history.
hahah oh currently I've got an A2, B3, B4, C5 and D7.
and I'll prolly get a C6 for Biology,
and hopefully I can get at less one A1 for either Emaths or Literature.
and that'll complete my rainbow of grades,
1.2.3.4.5.6.7

and actually even though my grades aren't so ideal,
I still thank God for His Grace considering the fact on how much I studied.

Thursday was Bridge Day,
because I won every single game we played except for one game.

hahah and the most remarkable win was with Salad,
where she bid 5 Diamonds and called me.
but we won!
hahah and know I owe Nathanael a Hotdog Bun.

Nations Cup was quite disappointing,
Singapore didn't even win anything lah!
but Zhang Tingjun is still my favouritest player.

ohoh and currently I like Samoa's Centre as well,
she's like super good lah!

Zijie once asked me "If I could have one super power what would it be?"
I remember telling him that I wish I could turn back time,
and I still very much wish I could.

I totally wasted my whole September holidays.
and it really doesn't help much that O Levels are like sooooooooooo sooon!

it's 3am,
and I just finish watching Camp Rock.

ohoh and the family left for Malaysia yesterday,
so it's just me and the house for the next one week.

I'm reduced to the state that I'm actually watching Playhouse Disney on Channel 34.
hahah although it's not so bad cos they're showing PB&J Otter and I haven't caught that show in eons,
and it used to be one of my favourite cartoons.
heehee.

I'm just remembering during Primary One or Two or so,
I would wake up at 9am just to catch it on Kids Central.
those were the days.

Today was homework plus Netball day.
I did somewhat Emaths in the afternoon with Salad and Nathanael,
and finally I caught the match Singapore vs Samoa,
and Papua New Guinea vs Botswana,
with Glenn in the evening.
good stuffs.

French Manicure.

Yesterday was a pretty good day.
Teachers' Day celebrations in the Morning,
followed by Captains' Ball.
and lunch at Sakae with Corinne, Julia and Yuka,
Nicolette joined us soon after.

ohoh and did I mention,
Yuka is super cute and funny!
hahahah anyways it was good time spent cos I hadn't met up with them for sucha long time.

stayed over at Julia's,
actually Corinne and Yuka were supposed to join us for our Movie Marathon,
but while walking home,
they realised they had cell.

so it was just me, Julia and the dogs.
hahah, anyhows I finally finished watching my New Police Story,
Chasing Liberty and,
What a Girl Wants.
good shows good shows.

Ballet in the afternoon,
and Jumbo seafood restaurant for dinner,
good stuff.

I had Chilli Crab, Cereal Prawns, Baby Squids, Scallops, Roast Duck and I forgot what else,
but the bill amounted to...alot.
hahah just the crabs alone cost 100bucks,
so go figure.

I found this relatively funny.

That day when I was watching the Olympics,
the players were Chinese, so they could not understand what their American coach was scolding.
so they needed a translator to translate the scolding.
Imagine, hahahah!

and on the 26th,
a few of the councillors came to me and wished me Happy Birthday.
so I was like okay,
you are only three months late (:
Hilarious.

and and I went to the 21shop,
because Liangfu wanted to see th iTouch,
and then I was merrily fiddling with those gadgets when the alarm suddenly went on lah!
it was damnit embarressing can.

okay enough of those.
Tuesday Salad, Alastair, Liangfu and I went to town,
PastaMania for lunch,
then to ArtfriendS,
and then to this toyshop where I found this super addictive game.
and finally to PS,
then Salad's home.

We cooked Pasta for lunch the next day,
and I was quite nice I must say,
Mahjong-ed the whole afternoon,
before heading home to catch my teevee marathon.
and then SLEEEP.
oh and did I forget to mention? the next day I had Biology Paper.

so yes,
I wouldn't say Biology Paper was a breeze.
but anyhows Captains' Ball,
Bridged,
Taiti-ed,
and whatever you can think of after that.

And I just got home.
ohoh,
Manhattan's Fish Market is really good stuff,
go try (:
way better than Fish&Co.
now I know HOW overrated Fish&Co. is.

ohoh and I caught Wall.E today,
he's damnit cute can!
I likeeeeee!

Prelims are officially OVER!

I feel soooooo very deprived.

Ohman, I've been sick since monday and I don't seem to be getting any better.
Let's just hope my throat will recover by Monday,
it's English Oral.

guess my main reason would be to spite that woman,

somehow or another, six and i got an affinity.

National Day Celebrations in Bishan was teribbly horrible,
prolly the worst NDP Celebrations I've experience these four years in Fairfield.



Headed down town for lunch with the class,
Amanda, Alastair, Baoyue, Benji, Caleb, Chermaine, Daniel, Ernest, Kelly, Kenneth, Mr Brian, Nathanael, Salad, Zijie.
Lunched at HongKong Cafe,
and Mr Brian very kindly treated us to some side dishes and desserts!


the guys left to catch their movie while the girls headed down to prepare for Baoyue's surprise party!
ohoh, we had Bakerzin Strawberry Shortcake!!

So the surprise was somewhat there,
